Mumbai Plant :

The plant is located in the prime industrial location on Mumbai-Agra Road (L.B.S. Marg) on one side and a minute’s walk to the Railway station on the other. The Plant is well connected by :

     Road to  : National Highway, Bombay Agra Road, Eastern Express Highway & Central Railway (Suburban Rail every 3 minutes)

      Rail         :  To North, West, East & Southern Railways.

      Airports   :  Mumbai's National & International.

Pune Plant :

The plant is built over a 15 acre site.  It is connected by :

     Road to  : Two National Highways : Bombay - Talegaon - Nagar - Aurangabad and Pune - Nagar – Aurangabad.  The new Express Highway provides access to Mumbai port within 2˝ hours.

      Rail         :  To North, West, East & Southern Railways.

      Airport     :  Pune Airport (20 kms)

PLANT CAPACITIES

Presses at Mumbai include a wide range of Single Action Presses such as 2000 T Schular coining press, 630 T, 500 T large bed presses, 400 T, 250 T, 100 T small bed presses and 4 Nos. Double Action Presses ranging from 900 T to 160 T capacity.

Press shop at Pune has 1250 T, 800 T and 500 T Single Action mechanical presses with die cushions and moving bolsters and small capacity presses ranging from 100 t to 250 T capacity. It has a large 50 T Muller Die Spotting press for spotting automobile component dies.

GKW caters to the requirements of sheet metal components of major Automobile and White Goods manufacturers and the Electrical Industry in India.

GKW has been regularly supplying components to General Motors India and to TELCO for their commercial vehicles and for the Indica car.
