Stampings are manufactured to GKW standards and also to customer’s specifications.
They are also supplied in rivetted/cleated/ argon arc welded packs with die cast rotors.
Combination blanking, one blow, gang slotting and progression tools manufactured from high carbon high chromium steel and tungsten carbide are used to manufacture range of stampings.
Large stampings for industrial / project motors, turbo generators, etc are manufactured by using special notching machines and are supplied as packs.
Segmental stampings are supplied for large power stations to suit customer's requirements.

Power and Distribution Transformer Cores : Rectangular trapezoidal punched and holed laminations (commonly called 'transformer strips') manufactured from cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) electro magnetic steel of different grades including HiB. We manufacture cores for the full range of these transformer cores from 25KVA distribution transformers to large capacity power transformers. |

Laminations for electronics and communications industry : These laminations are manufactured from cold rolled non oriented (CRNO) and cold rolled grain oriented electrical steels (CRGO) and are supplied in large variety of sizes and shapes such as E&I, T&U, EE, J and other shapes. |

These cores are manufactured from cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) electro magnetic steels in different grades including HiB. Round and rectangular uncut cores and cut cores in C, D and E shapes as well as stepped cores are supplied to customer’s specific requirements with individual cores guaranteed for power loss / magnetising current and are used extensively in manufacture of precision electro magnetic equipment for electronics, telecommunications and other industries where miniaturisation and precise performance is required. |
